Madness Fishing Charters launches from several boat ramps in the Jacksonville area. Capt. Steve's favored ramp is the Mayport Boat Ramp, but you might also launch from the Beach Blvd., Arlington Lions Club, or the St. Augustine City ramps depending on your location and where the hot bite is.
